The Pushing Daisies TV show is an incredibly popular show, even after only one season. The TV show focuses on the life of Ned, a pie maker who has a unique gift. Ned is gifted with an amazing ability to revive people who have died back to life, just by touching them. There are a couple of conditions to this talent, however. In the Pushing Daisies TV show, If Ned revives something for more than one minute, someone else nearby drops dead, keeping the life balance. Not only that, but if he touches the revived person a second time, he falls dead again permanently.

In addition to being able to revive people, Ned can also revive other dead things. Ned becomes a pie maker who owns a restaurant called The Pie Hole which he runs with the help of the head waitress, Olive Snook. His restaurant is in trouble financially when private investigator Emerson Cod discovers Neds gift and offers him a deal. The main idea of the Pushing Daisies TV show the deal is that Ned will bring murder victims back to life, find out the circumstances of their deaths, then touch them once more, all before his set limit of sixty seconds is up. Emerson will then reveal to the public the cases information and he and Ned will split the reward money.

The Pushing Daisies TV show reveals to us that their plan is successful for a while, until Ned learns that his childhood sweetheart, mentioned before, whom Ned hasnt seen since childhood, has been murdered while she was on a cruise. When her body is shipped back home, Ned revives her, but cant bring himself to touch her a second time. Even though he knows he is not supposed to do so, Ned does not touch her within the allotted 60 seconds, allowing her to live. And, of course, in her place, the local funeral home director falls dead.

The Pushing Daisies TV show has a romantic side, of course. Ned and the girl fall in love again and he brings her home to live with him with her understanding that they never are able to touch each other. She becomes extremely grateful for getting a second chance at life, and she starts to appreciate life much more than before, and Ned begins to see the same beauty of life, and begins to break out of his lonely shell that he had kept himself in for so long. The Pushing Daisies TV show is truly a one of a kind delightful show that will warm your heart, and may even make you more appreciative of life.
